Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Villa Paris, located in Las Terrenas, Samaná, Dominican Republic. By completing a booking, all guests in your party agree to be bound by these terms.

Reservations & Agreement

By confirming a reservation at Villa Paris, the lead guest accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party. It is the lead guest's responsibility to ensure that all guests are aware of and comply with these terms, our House Rules, and all applicable Villa Paris policies.

Villa Paris reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any reservation that violates these terms or our house rules, without obligation to provide a refund.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are solely responsible for the following during their stay:

• Any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized guests admitted to the property.
• Violations of the house rules, including noise, smoking, or pet policies.
• The conduct and actions of all guests in their party.
• Any fines, fees, or penalties resulting from violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Villa Paris and its owners, managers, and representatives are not responsible for:

• Personal injuries sustained on the property, including in the pool, garden, or surrounding areas.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Service interruptions caused by weather events, utility failures, power outages, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or travel restrictions.

Guests use all property amenities, including the infinity pool, at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.

Right to Terminate Stay

Villa Paris reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property without refund in cases of:

• Serious or repeated violation of the house rules.
• Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings.
• Excessive noise resulting in complaints from neighboring properties.
• Illegal activity on the premises.
• Significant or intentional damage to the property.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay at Villa Paris shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.

Changes to These Terms

Villa Paris reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to your reservation. We encourage you to review these terms before each stay.
