Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Cancellation deadlines are calculated from your check-in date. The date of cancellation is the date Villa Paris receives written confirmation of the cancellation via email or WhatsApp.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows. The full reservation amount is forfeited.

How Refunds Are Processed

Eligible refunds are returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cleaning fees are refunded in full for cancellations that qualify for a 100% refund. For partial refunds, the cleaning fee is non-refundable.

Date Changes

Date change requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though the modified dates may be subject to different rates depending on the season.

Date changes requested within 14 days of arrival are treated as a cancellation and re-booking and are subject to the cancellation policy above.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, or unforeseen travel disruptions. Villa Paris cannot assume responsibility for circumstances beyond the guest's control.

For cancellations due to force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or airline cancellations — please contact us directly. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel

Send your cancellation request in writing to:

Please include your name, booking dates, and confirmation number in your cancellation request. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and any applicable refund amount.
