Welcome to Villa Paris. By completing your reservation and staying at the property, you agree to comply with the following house rules and acknowledge your responsibility to ensure all guests in your party do the same.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 8 registered guests.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests.
- Additional guests must be approved in writing before arrival.
- Unauthorized guests above the registered number incur a fee of $50 USD per person per stay.
Parties & Events
- Parties, events, gatherings, and celebrations are not permitted without prior written approval from Villa Paris management.
- Excessive noise that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited at all hours.
- Guests are expected to respect the community and neighboring properties at all times.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily.
During quiet hours, music, gatherings, and outdoor activities should be kept at a considerate volume. This applies to the pool area, terrace, and all outdoor spaces.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and enclosed spaces.
- Guests who smoke must do so outdoors only and are responsible for proper disposal of all waste.
- Additional cleaning charges of up to $300 USD may apply for violations of the indoor smoking policy.
Pets
One pet permitted with prior approval · Pet fee: $50 USD per stay.
- One pet is permitted per reservation, subject to prior written approval.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $50 USD applies per stay.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pet.
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the villa.
- Pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, or in the pool area.
Pool Safety
- Use of the infinity pool is entirely at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
- The pool is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
Property Care
Please treat Villa Paris as you would your own home. The property is maintained to a luxury standard and we ask all guests to help preserve that standard for future visitors.
- Any damage, breakage, or malfunction should be reported to Villa Paris management immediately.
- Guests may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Moving or rearranging furniture requires prior approval.
- Villa Paris reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for unreported damages discovered after checkout.
General Conduct
Villa Paris reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property without refund in cases of serious violation of these house rules, including but not limited to: unauthorized events, excessive noise complaints from neighbors, illegal activity, or significant property damage.
